Our office in downtown Ukiah, is located in the historical CARNEGIE LIBRARY building, constructed and dedicated to the city of Ukiah by the Carnegie Foundation in 1918.

Beverly Sanders Realty Co. was originated in 1979 and moved to the library location after a complete restoration by Beverly in 1991. Beverly Sanders Realty is a full service real estate company offering knowledgeable agents, referral service and a large property management division.
